Ally is better with your team. You can invite people at three levels.
Invite to a workspace
Open the workspace menu and choose Invite members (or share the invite link). Workspace members can see shared projects and be assigned work.
Invite to a single project
Open a project's share panel and add people by email. Use this when someone only needs access to one project, not the whole workspace.
Invite to a task
Assign a task to a teammate and they'll see it in their views and get notified — even if they're not on the project yet.
Roles
When you add people you can set their role (for example, member, editor, or admin) to control what they can change. See Team roles & access.
